American alto saxophonist Gary Bartz is a true legend of jazz, with over 45 solo albums and more than 200 guest collaborations to his name. He continues to influence the contemporary jazz scene by collaborating with up-and-coming talents. He worked with Ali Shaheed Muhammad and Adrian Younge on their Jazz Is Dead series.
