The Festival International de Jazz de Montréal site has been certified as a "Place partially accessible to people with reduced mobility" by the Kéroul organization in 2023.
For all other questions, we invite you to visit the Info Booth located on Sainte-Catherine Street near Jeanne-Mance during the Festival. Please note that due to constructions at the MAC, the festival site is different from previous editions. Please refer to the site map to locate accessible paths.
RESERVED AREAS FOR PEOPLE WITH REDUCED MOBILITY
The TD Stage and Rogers Stage have a dedicated area for customers with reduced mobility.
These areas are accessible by reservation only for shows at 9:30 p.m. on the TD Stage (Place des Festivals) and 9 p.m. on the Rogers Stage (Le Parterre). They are accessible without reservation and subject to capacity for all other shows. Please note that seating is limited;
It is also necessary to reserve a seat for an accompanying person (limit of 2 tickets per reservation);
Reservations begin 48 hours before the show and end at 6 p.m. on the day of the event.

If you are unable to attend, please cancel your reservation by contacting customer service;
We recommend that you leave the reserved area a few minutes before or after the end of the show to facilitate your movement through the crowd.
ACCESSIBILITY AND ADAPTED SERVICES
Several improvements have been made to make the experience even more inclusive. We are proud to offer facilities adapted for people with reduced mobility, including :

On the outdoor site:
Picnic tables adapted for people with reduced mobility;
Lowered counters in certain bars and concessions (Pub Molson, Bistro SAQ), as well as at the Info Booth and the official Festival boutique;
Cable protectors and access ramps are in place to facilitate mobility;
On-site signage and layout;
Accessible areas and routes are indicated on the site map;
8 accessible toilets throughout the outdoor site (please refer to the site plan for locations);
The esplanade Tranquille building, Place des Arts and Complexe Desjardins have adapted toilets open to the public.

Sensory kits (soundproofing shells, tactile games, stress ball, sunglasses, communication boards, etc.).
To check availability and take advantage of the service, visit the Info Booth on rue Sainte-Catherine near Jeanne-Mance. Valid identification (driver's license or health insurance card) will be required.

STM ADAPTED TRANSPORTATION
People using the STM's paratransit service can choose to be dropped off at two different locations (please mention this when booking):
Recommended drop-off area: 2020 rue De Bleury at the corner of De Maisonneuve (opposite Place-des-Arts metro station and close to accessible entrances) ;
Alternative drop-off: 305 Boulevard René-Lévesque at the corner of Jeanne-Mance.

METRO ACCESS
To get to the Festival by metro, get off at Place-des-Arts station and take exit D (rue De Bleury Nord). This exit has an elevator.
RESERVED PARKING SPACES
Place des Arts parking lot (access at 1450 rue Saint-Urbain):
People with reduced mobility who have a parking sticker have access to reserved areas in the Place des Arts parking lot (sections P1 and P2). Please present your sticker at the parking lot to have access and display it visibly.

Complexe Desjardins parking lot (access at 1318 rue Saint-Urbain) :
Persons with reduced mobility who have a parking sticker have access to 15 reserved spaces in the Complexe Desjardins parking lot. These spaces are located on level P1 near the elevators.

UQAM parking (access at 2020 rue Saint-Urbain) :
The UQAM Saint-Urbain parking lot offers spaces accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Free parking on nearby streets:
People with reduced mobility who have a sticker can use the parking lots reserved for people with reduced mobility on nearby streets.
