A new Montreal brasserie in the heart of the Quartier des spectacles
Le Blumenthal is a Montréal brasserie tucked away in the heart of the Quartier des Spectacles. Seven days a week, from noon to midnight, it’s the ideal spot for a business lunch, a relaxing happy hour or supper with friends. Enjoy the simple, delicious and generous cuisine of chef Rémi Brunelle, with a menu conceived with fresh ingredients and locally-sourced products in a modern and sophisticated décor—regional flavours in an urban environment.
A meeting point for local business clientele and members of the Montréal artistic community, Le Blumenthal is located in the building that houses the Maison du Festival. An architectural wonder where music and history have unfurled side-by-side for over a century, it was formerly home to Blumenthal men’s clothing manufacturing. Today, you’ll find a brasserie with a welcoming, friendly, ambience, where daytime’s energetic atmosphere gives way to the party spirit as night falls. Its superb Bolla terrace offers hand-picked wines from the Bolla house. Each glass of wine is a journey through the authentic flavors of the Italian terroir. Whether it’s for a nightcap after enjoying a great show, or to bask in the summer sunshine on Montréal’s best-located terrasse, Le Blumenthal is an absolutely essential destination in the Quartier des Spectacles. Furthermore, les surplus du restaurant are turned towards financing activities in the Maison du Festival. What could be better?
