Congratulations to Mrs. Nathalie Biron, big winner of the contest La Source Rio Tinto! She deserves a 13” aluminium Apple MacBook Pro, valued at $2,815.75 including taxes.
As part of the Festival International de Jazz de Montréal, Rio Tinto will offer festival-goers reusable water bottles made from 100% recycled aluminum. Rio Tinto collaborated with Kamishkak'Arts, an Aboriginal organization from Mashteuiatsh, and with Océane Boivin, a 16-year-old teenager, to create the illustration printed on the bottles.
The artwork represents reconciliation, justice, land and music; themes related to the expression of identity and gatherings, and which are very important to the members of the Ilnuatsh community.
